Delete your account

You can delete your radimoo account and associated app data from inside the app.

Delete in the app

  1. Open radimoo.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Account.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your radimoo profile, practice history, speech transcripts, AI feedback history, saved phrases, notes, personal examples, notification preferences, and other app data associated with your account.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, accounting, or app store compliance purposes. Subscription billing and refund records are managed by the app store where you purchased your subscription.
