radimoo helps people practice spoken English. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the app or website.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as your sign-in provider, email address, and display name.
• Practice preferences, including native language, English level, accent preference (US, UK, AU), daily goals, and selected situations.
• Practice content, such as speech transcripts, AI feedback, scores, saved phrases, custom notes, personal example sentences, and progress history.
• Voice audio: processed ephemerally in memory to transcribe and evaluate your speech. Raw audio recordings are never saved or stored on our servers.
• Device and notification information, including app version, device timezone, push notification tokens (FCM), notification preferences, and diagnostic logs (via Sentry.io).
• Subscription details, such as active plan tier, renewal status, and app store transaction identifiers.

How we use information

• Provide speaking practice, speech transcription, feedback, phrase saving, and progress tracking.
• Keep your profile and saved content available across devices when you sign in.
• Deliver practice reminders and notifications based on your chosen settings.
• Manage subscriptions, account security, support, and abuse prevention.
• Diagnose app crashes, monitor performance, and improve reliability (using Sentry.io).

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate radimoo, such as authentication, hosting, analytics, payment, speech-to-text, AI-processing, push notification, and crash-reporting providers (including Sentry.io). These providers process information strictly to deliver the app and are bound by data processing agreements with us.

Your choices & account deletion

You can choose not to create an account, though some features require sign-in. You can delete your account and all associated data directly inside the app settings at any time, which permanently purges your profile, transcripts, saved phrases, and history. You can also contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information.
